Six taronja players prepare for the FIBA World Cup with their national teams
The countdown to the start
of the FIBA World Cup has already dropped from 25 days and all the teams are
already preparing for this summer's big basketball event. Six Valencia Basket
players are concentrated with their national teams. Two backcourt players with
Spain (Joan Sastre and Quino Colom). And four of the five frontcourt players of
our roster with their respective national teams: Bojan Dubljevic with
Montenegro, Louis Labeyrie with France, Maurice Ndour with Senegal and Brock
Motum with Australia. The forward Aaron Doornekamp, who had been included in
the first list of Canada, has not finally been called for practicing with his
national team and will join the Valencia Basket preseason next week.
